mighty feat
Oh Dear, as of yesterday, I have successfully completed 3 days in a row of jogging in the park. Such a difficult task for me but so very necessary. My weight has gone to the level of "near unacceptable" in my own dictionary. I know for sure that unless I continue with this routine of forcing my body and mind to jog (plus some walking of course) for at least a total distance of 1km 3 times a week, I will lose control of my weight gain and it will only spells all sorts of negatives for me.
Even today, my whole body and joints still hurt....arrrgghhhhh what ordeal!
Let's focus on getting back to about 68 to 70 kg and for me to be able to fit back into my work shirts....I so dont want to buy any new shirts.
